How to delete your data
Open Account, then Security, and choose Delete account. Our delete your account page takes you through it, including how to export a copy first. It’s free on every plan.
If you can’t sign in, write to us from the Google account you used.
What’s deleted
Your profile and sign-in, every part of your record and your baby’s, your uploaded files, your reminders and sharing settings, and your community posts and comments. Anyone you shared with loses access.
When
Your account and record are deleted as soon as you confirm. Encrypted backups can hold a copy for up to 30 days, then they’re purged.
What we keep
Usage counts that aren’t linked to your record. Records we must keep by law, including payment records held by our payment provider.
Accounts from the old app
If you had an account before we moved, and you haven’t claimed it within 60 days of our email, your record goes into an encrypted, restricted archive. You can ask us to restore it or to delete it.
