What we store in your browser
Pregnancy Pal stores a few small things on your device so it works, and we count how it’s used. Some of them are cookies, and some sit in your browser’s storage. This page treats them all alike.
The three kinds
| Kind | What it’s for | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Needed | Keeps you signed in and keeps the record readable offline | Your sign-in session, cached record, quick logs waiting to sync |
| Preferences | Remembers how you like the app | Light or dark, colors, text size, which notices you’ve seen |
| Usage counts | Tells us which pages and features get used, so we can improve them | Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Microsoft Clarity on public pages only |
Your choices
Usage counts are on by default, and there’s no setting to turn them off. We tell you once, in a short note at the bottom of the screen. What you log in your record stays out of them.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the needed ones, you’ll be signed out and the app may not work properly.
